Sofabed Purchase in AndoverI would like to contact you regarding my recent experience of the service provided by your Andover branch; from start to finish the service I received was exemplary! Beverly Hinchliffe took my initial telephone enquiry and provided me with clear and helpful information about the product I was interested in, through to exact directions to the store!
When I visited the store Beverly was able to give me detailed and thorough information. Beverly's genuine and personal approach gave me every confidence in the service; indeed, she went the extra mile on my behalf and I am consequently looking forward to receipt of my sofa bed before Christmas. I would recommend anyone to use your store off the back of this experience.

Old Fashioned StandardsHow pleasant it was to shop in Habels Andover today. These days the term "old fashioned" when applied to customer service is an accolade - not many places these days where you can say you received personal attention. So, thank you, Jack and Gretel for setting the standards all those years ago and more importantly, thank you all for continuing to maintain them.

Carpets and Bed in Anna ValleyIn recent months I have purchased carpets and a bed from your store.
I wish to extend to you and your staff an appreciation of the excellent quality of service and goods which have significantly enhanced my home.
I particularly appreciated that on each occasion I visited your store I was courteously welcomed and advised in a most helpful manner of the wide selection of goods available. The knowledgeable and detailed responses to my enquiries regarding both purchases were offered in an encouraging, pleasant and refreshing non-pressuring way.
The delivery and fitting of the items demonstrated further the experienced nature of your staff which was matched by their willingness to assist as helpfully and politely as possible.

Bed Delivery in WinchesterI took delivery of one of your beds last Saturday and I wanted to write to tell you what a joy this whole transaction has been, from start to finish.
I met both Chris and Wendy on different days in your Winchester shop, and it was a very pleasant experience. Their knowledge of their product is impressive, they listed to what I had to say and advised accordingly. They didn't push and they were consistent in their advice, neither one contradicting the other.
Your delivery men arrived at 10.00am on the dot and were as charming as they were efficient. They completed the whole operation in 20 minutes, including detaching the original bedhead from my old bed and, without being asked, attaching it to the new bed. It's hard to believe how quickly they carried out this job.
I've passed on this experience to everyone I can think in the hope that your organisation will benefit. It's a pity we don't need new beds evey year.
Please pass on my thanks to the people concerned. Congratulations are due to you, too, I'm sure. You don't get good emplyees just by luck.

Furniture Delivery and Customer Care in AndoverIt is very nice to be able to "jot" a few lines down on paper to say a very big thank you to Beverly and the delivery drivers for showing great customer care skills and product knowledge.
My nan and granddad used Habels for many years therefore I have. I advise anyone in the market for furniture to do the same and can highly recommend Habels as a first port of call!!
Keep up the good work and very best wishes to ALL that make it happen.
